SCHOOL PARTNERSHIP MANAGER

(Onsite at 3DE School, Various Locations)

ROLE OVERVIEW

As an innovative and resourceful community builder, the 3DE Partnership Manager (PM) handles all local logistics and external stakeholder engagement connected to the “real-world” infusions into 3DE’s school-within-a-school. Working in collaboration with the 3DE Director and dedicated Assistant Principal, this role engages directly with diverse corporate and community partners to implement authentic curricular connections, thus supporting teachers in building students’ competencies, mindsets and knowledge. The PM works as a school liaison with internal and external stakeholders, managing through changes and obstacles by using creativity, persistence, and strong problem solving skills.

  • Locations: Metro Atlanta, GA; Greater Orlando, FL; Palm Beach County, FL

  • Employment Type: Full-Time

  • Salary: Commensurate with experience

  • Reports to: 3DE Director (at local school)

Core Responsibilities

  • Steward, train, and engage corporate and community volunteers to ensure seamless and impactful onsite visits and other touchpoints that inspire model support

  • Facilitate local data collection to enable proper analysis, evaluation and planning efforts

  • Ensure teacher case-related readiness and understanding to maximize likelihood of success

  • Manage all local case-related activation and classroom implementation activities

  • Engage students directly from enrollment through matriculation to nurture trusting relationships and engagement

  • Support the fidelity of the model at the local level and amongst the network

  • Work collaboratively and proactively with network peer schools for continuous improvement

  • Foster 3DE school culture amongst all stakeholders (teachers, students, administration, etc.)

  • Support parent and community engagement activities

  • Manage stewardship of operational budget and resources
