3DE Curriculum Developer

A creative, curious learning specialist, the 3DE National Curriculum Developer will leverage experience in writing curriculum for the 9-12 (high school) audience but is able to break out of traditional methods of pedagogy to create innovative and engaging collateral. This individual looks to put a modern edge on the real-world case collateral that is the center of our instructional approach, speaking to the student in a way that will make them primed to dive into real-world case studies that will best support learning outcomes. The 3DE National Curriculum Developer will need to act as a bridge between two worlds: working with businesses to tease out critical elements of their business problems and then translating those challenges into engaging, real-world case studies that will be relevant and engaging instructional tools for 3DE high school students. To be successful, he/she must work in a consultative and collaborative manner, always with a mindset focused on the student experience and through a lens of continuous improvement. As 3DE scales its model nationally, this role will be instrumental in providing consistent, high quality collateral to on-site personnel and local teachers to support student growth and success.
